Our attorneys oversee all matters of compliance and provide operational support. In addition, all new employees at Bass must complete and pass several compliance based courses and tests. These include but are not limited to; General Bankruptcy knowledge, State Collection Laws, FDCPA, ADA, and SCRA.
Our litigation team provides legal debt recovery services for the state of Arizona. For our clients' nationwide needs, we utilize a combination of in-house counsel and our proprietary national attorney network via industry recognized services including YouveGotClaims ® and ScoreNet ®.

Monitoring both pre and post judgment collections is an integral part of the litigation program.
Our legal team also supports and oversees our collection, bankruptcy and probate efforts. Our attorneys are frequent lecturers and authors on bankruptcy and collection topics. We provide clients with updates via e-mail, letters and articles as well as offering in-house training and client symposiums on various topics. We also work closely with clients' in-house counsel and other client contacts on specific topics and cases on a need basis.
